The Tenant Users page enables the Tenant Manager to manage all the users associated with their company.
To update the profile of a specific user, click the Edit button. If you click Message, a pop-up will open that will allow you to send the user an email or a private message. Click Delete to remove the user and revoke their access to the software. Click Add User to create a new user profile.
When creating a new user profile, you will need to provide a first name, last name, email address and select if they are a Tenant Manager or a Tenant User. Additional details such as their phone number and job title can also be added to their profile.
Only Tenant Managers have access to the Tenant Users and Tenant Profile pages.
After creating a new user, the new user will automatically receive a welcome email that provides instructions on how to log in and set up their profile.
