Reports enables you to generate data reports about your tenants, users, service requests, or resources.
To get started, select the type of report you would like to create and the data fields you would like included in the report.
You have the option of filtering the data in each field using a rule and criteria. Click Add Another to add multiple filters.
Click Generate Report to create and download your report as a comma separated values (CSV) file. Click Save Report to give the report a name and save it to the software. Saved reports can be accessed by clicking the View Saved Reports button in the top left corner.
