The Invoices page allows you to generate invoices for service requests that are billable to the tenant.

You can choose to display invoices from one or multiple properties, and also have the option of filtering the invoices by month. Once you've selected a property and month/s, click Load to update the display and see the total amount you've invoiced for the selected period.

 

Click Edit to update an existing invoicing and Generate to download the invoice as a PDF file. Click Delete to remove an invoice. Deleted invoices can be reactivated by clicking on the Show Inactive button.

There are two ways to create a new invoice - You can click the Create Invoice button next to a request in the Billable Requests page, or you can click Add Invoice on the Invoices page.

If you click the Create Invoice button next to a request in the Billable Requests page, it will automatically open the create invoice form for you already loaded with data from the service request. 

If you click Add Invoice in the Invoices page, once you enter the request ID it will also automatically add data from the request to the form. In both scenarios, you will have to opportunity to edit the information before saving the invoice.
