The Incident Reports page allows you to create printable reports of incidents that occur within your property.
Click the Report button next to an open incident report to generate a PDF of the report. Click Edit to update the information contained within the report or Close to close it. Click Show Closed to see all closed reports. Click the New Report button to create a new report.
When creating a new incident report, you need to select who the report was taken by, the property where the incident occurred, the type of incident, and the location of the incident. You also need to provide a description of the incident, the action taken to resolve it, and when it occurred. Additionally, you have the option of attaching images or other files to the report and selecting the type insurance that will cover the incident.
