The Contracts page allows you to manage the contracts you have with service providers in relation to your properties. Before adding a contract, you must first add the service provider to the software in the Vendors page.
Click the Edit button to update the contract information and Delete to remove it. Deleted contracts can be recovered by clicking the Show Inactive button. You can download the contract file from the Documents page.
Click the Add Contract button to create a new contract.
When creating a contract, you need to select a vendor, at least one property, and enter a start and end date. Additional details such as a description of the contract and the total price can also be added.
You can set up notifications in Property Settings so that you are alerted via email and/or text message 30 days before a contract is due to expire.
